Caboolture Community Care is excited to announce we will be holding our Christmas Community Day on the 24th of December between 10am and 2pm.

We will have our community pantry open once more as well as other exciting things available.

Please note we will be having a Community day instead of taking names and giving out hampers.

Caboolture Community Care will be closed today as we are conducting staff training.

We will back to normal business hours Monday and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Today we remember those soldiers who gavw their lives fighting to protect the nation.

“They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
