Caboolture Community Care provides two main services to the community and those in need; these are a Counselling Service and Emergency Relief Program.
Caboolture Community Counselling Service is available to all residents in the Morteon Bay Region North area. The Counsellor covers a wide variety of issues including Addiction, Anger management, Anxiety, Depression, Domestic Violence, Family/Relationship problems, Self Esteem, Stress and Trauma. This service in run off Gold Coin Donations.
The Emergency Relief Program covers many issues that people within the community may be having. The assistance Caboolture Community Care can provide is listed below. Please note that due to funding constraints assistance can only be provided every three months to members of the same household.

- Chemist Vouchers
Help with getting medication with prescriptions and also over the counter. - Fuel Vouchers and Public Transport (Very Limited)
Fuel vouchers can be provided to assist in with transport to job interviews, doctors’ appointments, hospital visits and with other general emergencies. Public transport tickets including bus and train fares is something we also can assist with in certain cases. (Fuel is only provided once) - Food Parcels
Generally as an emergency food parcels can be given. We may also give food parcels in the case where we are overbooked and unable to provide a full interview. - Food Vouchers The predominantly sought after assistance comes in the form of food vouchers. This allows clients easy access to Coles Caboolture, located on King St which is in close proximity to Caboolture Community Care.
- Rent and Utilities (Advocacy Only)
We provide advocacy in negotiating with Real Estate Agents and Utility Suppliers about overdue bills. - Telstra Vouchers
Assistance with overdue Telstra bills can be issues in the form of vouchers as long as bill can be shown and Telstra Vouchers are in stock. (Can only be provided once)
