This page has been specifically set up to thank those within the community which donate and support us to be able to provide assisatance to our clients who are in need. From everyone at Caboolture Community Care we would like to say thank-you to everyone involved in helping with the donations we receive be it a couple of dollars, clothing, hygiene products, blankets, swags or those that purely volunteer their time.
