Supreme Community Care is a Queensland owned and operated organisation.

We are a NDIS and DVA registered provider supporting our clients to achieve their set out goals. We provide in- home supports, nursing, social and community access, domestic support, home and yard maintenance and everything in between.

At Supreme Community Care we are all about people, placing people at the heart of our work. We are focused on strengths, believing in, and amplifying the strength of people and communities.

We are fiercely inclusive, making sure everyone can belong. As trusted partners we are curious and creative, always looking for new ways to do better. We are courageous and gutsy, tackling difficult issues, even when it’s hard.

We have received a lot of messages asking us if our Community Day is open to everyone.

We would like to let everyone know the Community Day is open to EVERYONE! ? we are raising awareness of Homelessness and Financial hardship that many are facing at the moment.

anyone in the community who would like to come are all welcome, all the services and activities planned are for the day are open for all to enjoy, learn and take part in.

With that being said we can’t wait to see everyone and if there is any questions people would like answered please feel free to send us a message.

Caboolture Community Care is excited to announce as part of our Community Day we will be holding a raffle!!

Tickets are $1 each with all money raised going back to the community to help those in need.

Caboolture Community Care would like to thank all the services and stores who have generously helped us and supported us in putting this raffle together it means a lot to our organisation and we are extremely grateful for all of you!
