Please be aware that even though Covid 19 restrictions have eased within our region it is still mandatory to wear masks within our building.

When coming in for an appointment please remember to bring and wear your mask once you walk through the doors.

Unfortunately our space isn’t big enough to allow people to go without masks as we need to stick to the government guidelines on mask wearing within confined spacings.

We have had a lot of people asking us where Centrelink Caboolture is now located.

Centrelink has moved to 28 King Street Caboolture (Next to the Court House) and is now in the “Services Australia” building.

If you are needing to access Centrelink and Medicare services this new building is where you will now have to attend.

(I have been informed that there is parking on King street itself but the majority of parking is accessible on Esme Ave, which runs along the side of the lakes)

Covid Update –

The lockdown has been extended until 4pm Sunday 8th August, as such our service will continue operating via phone and email.

Our staffing will be limited so there may be delays but we will get back to everybody when we can.

Update –

Just letting everyone know that due to it being a new financial year and our funding no longer having access to extra Coronavirus support we are no longer able to assist with the majority of bills, rent etc.

We are still assisting with food vouchers, parcels, script and fuel assistance*.

*Guidelines are in place to access these services.

Please be aware we are no longer accepting donations of clothing at this time. We unfortunately do not have the room required to store these items.

We will make it known when we are able to accept clothing donations once more.

If you are looking at donating clothes please contact other agencies within the area.

We would like to ask that clothing isn’t left at our doorstep.

Covid-19 update. Masks will still be mandatory in the Moreton Bay area until Friday 23rd July 2021 unless informed otherwise.

The good people at Caboolture River Fishing & Boating Club are hosting a charity brunch on the 1st August at 10am.

The proceeds from this brunch will be going to help Cancer Council, Mate for Mates, Lukemia Foundation Morayfield and also will go towards helping our clients that find themselves in tough times.

A big thankyou goes out to The Reject Shop for their massive donation of a pallet full of Hand Sanitiser which is much needed during the current times.

This sanitiser will not only be used in house for our clients safety but we were also supplied with 59ml versions which are the perfect size to be placed in the Hygiene kits we give out to those in need.
