We promised something special! Caboolture Community Care is excited to announce that we will be opening our doors to the community and holding our very first ever Community Day on the 17th of November 2021. We have partnered up with Caboolture Neighbourhood Centre to bring you this amazing day and we have also joined with the RSPCA, Designer Life, Lives Lived Well, SUSO program run by Footprints, Lady Gowrie, Relationships Australia, PCYC and more. We also have lots of fun activities planned which we will be going over in the coming weeks!
