We have noticed one of the biggest problems within our community is homelesness. Caboolture Community Care is currently putting together a list of homelessness organisations and outreach centres within the community all the way to Brisbane that may be useful and help our clients and those within the community Please bare with us whilst we put this list together as it is a lot of research and a little time consuming. We want to gather as much information as we can to better help those in the community, so it may take us a week or two to get the list together.
